Description

These classes are an exclusive offering of Oasis Obstetrics & Gynecology. They are intended for new moms and coaches in their 7th to 8th month of pregnancy. Since class size is limited and the classes fill up quickly, you should register for a class during your first trimester. To sign up, call 480.854.BORN (2676) or come into the Oasis office.

What is Covered

We provide experienced instructors to guide you through the material, exercises and videos on such topics as:

  • Breathing and Relaxation Techniques
  • The Role of the Coach or Support Person
  • The Labor and Delivery Process
  • Cesarean Childbirth
  • Understanding Intervention Options
  • Postpartum Care
  • Newborn Care

Emphasis is given to the specific practices and procedures of Dr. Messer and Banner Gateway Hospital.

Class Options

Weekday classes are offered in two parts, on Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Once per month we offer a Saturday class from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Classes are held at Oasis OBGYN in Hershey Plaza, 6239 E. Brown Road, Suite 112, Mesa, Arizona 85205.

Cost

$75 for Mom and Coach.
